What is Feel Bloom?
Feel Bloom is a personalized metabolic wellness companion app. Each morning you complete a quick check-in (energy, sleep, stress, cravings) and our algorithm assigns you one of 6 specialized day types with tailored movement, nutrition, and behavioral recommendations for the day.
Privacy & Security
Is my health data safe?
Yes. Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure in the EU with encryption at rest and in transit. Row-level security ensures only you can access your data. We never sell your health data and we do not store audio recordings from voice sessions.

How does the day type algorithm work?
Each morning you answer a short check-in about how you feel. Our algorithm looks at your responses — energy, sleep quality, stress, cravings — along with your recent history to assign one of 6 day types: Metabolism Boost, Performance, Active Recovery, Stabilize Blood Sugar, Evening Anti-Craving, or Optimized Sleep. Each day type comes with specific recommendations tailored to support your body that day.
Does Feel Bloom work with my smartwatch or fitness tracker?
Yes. Feel Bloom integrates with Apple Health (iPhone), Google Health Connect (Android), and Huawei Health (Huawei devices). With your permission, it reads sleep, heart rate, steps, and activity data to enhance your personalized recommendations. You are always in control of what data is shared.
Billing & Subscriptions
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime through your App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellations take effect at renewal — you will not be charged again after cancelling.
