1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Feel Bloom mobile application or visiting feelbloom.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Feel Bloom is a personalized metabolic wellness companion application. It provides daily wellness plans based on a morning check-in, including movement, nutrition guidance, and behavioral suggestions. Features include an AI voice companion (Bloom), workout library, streak tracking, and wearable integration.

3. Health Disclaimer

Feel Bloom is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The content provided — including nutrition suggestions, movement plans, and wellness insights — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant changes to your health routine. Feel Bloom explicitly does not prescribe diets, calorie counts, or weight-loss programs.

4. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Feel Bloom. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate, current information and update it as needed.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Feel Bloom offers a 7-day free trial followed by a paid subscription. Subscription plans:

• Monthly: €7.99 per month
• Annual: €59.99 per year (save 37%)

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) account settings. We do not process refunds directly — refund requests are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.

6. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to premium features. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue accessing premium features. You will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it expires.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, designs, and trademarks associated with Feel Bloom are owned by or licensed to Feel Bloom and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the service without our written permission.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use Feel Bloom for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or health information in ways intended to harm others

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feel Bloom and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time within the app settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid subscription fees except where required by applicable law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
